HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Because we are a small company in a small location, all products are made to order (with the exception of perfumes which are made ahead so they are as strong as possible when you receive them). We ask that you allow up to 7 business days for your order to be thoughtfully created and shipped to you.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
We primarily use UPS with some orders shipping USPS. If you prefer a certain service, please note that at checkout.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
$7.50 for orders up to $45.00.
$12.50 for order of $45.01 - $98.99.
Complimentary shipping for orders of $99 and above!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to the US only at this time. That includes Alaska and Hawaii, because you are Americans living in America!

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer local delivery to the following Corpus Christi zip codes: 78411, 78412, 78413, 78414, 78418, for a flat fee of $5.00. We will contact you upon order confirmation to arrange the delivery date/time. Please note our up to 7 business days turn-around-time is still in effect for all delivery orders as most items are made to order.

If you are ordering $99 or more, be sure to choose complimentary shipping at checkout and leave a note that you'd like your order delivered rather than shipped. 

I THOUGHT YOU WERE OFFERING ITEMS LIKE TEAS AND BIBLE WORKBOOKS?
We will be! This is our soft launch at this time and those items (and more!) will be added over the next few months.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If we have shipped you the wrong item, please notify us so we can make it right. If you're not thrilled with a scent, unfortunately, we cannot refund for that.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Products should be used within 6-9 months if possible. As long as items are stored in a cool, dry place, they should last for some time. Keep out of the sun and extreme heat for best results. Products like the Mr Chew's Nose and Paw Balm and our Chocolate Orange Solid Lotion Bar should be kept in a cool place as they will melt if left in any type of heat.

WHAT IF I WANT A PRODUCT IN A DIFFERENT SCENT?
We can work with you on that! I have a customer (ok, it's my cousin) who likes the Wickless Candle and Reed Diffusers in the Manlē scent 1960. I'm happy to do that for her and you!
