I could go into a long, drawn-out legalese filled page that would give you a headache and cause your eyes to cross - but instead, let's do simple. Yay!

TURN AROUND TIME
Due to being a small business with limited space, we make most items as they are ordered. You will receive the freshest possible product, thoughtfully made just for you. As a result, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be created and then shipped out.

SHIPPING
We ship to the US 50 states only at this time. Most orders ship UPS with a small percentage going USPS.

Shipping rates are as follows:
$7.50 for orders up to $50
$12.50 for orders totaling $50.01 - $98.99

If you spend $99 or more, you will receive complimentary shipping!

RETURNS
Because of the handmade nature of the items we create, we cannot do returns. If we send the wrong item, we will of course replace it. It is our hope that you will love everything you order and want to come back for more!

PAYMENTS
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not accept Paypal, checks, money orders or "I'll pay you tomorrow for a burger today" type arrangements.

PRICING ERRORS
Sometimes pricing errors happen. We're only human after all. Any pricing "glitches" or errors will not be honored. We are a tiny little indie business and with the lemming-esque nature of the internet, a pricing glitch could cost us the business. Any errors will be corrected and you will be invoiced accordingly. Orders can be canceled if you choose not to pay the correct price.

ORDER CANCELATIONS
And speaking of cancelations - once an order is placed and production has begun, there are no cancelations.

COUPONS
We do not share coupons with coupon listing websites or other sharing groups. Coupons are shared only to newsletter subscribers, on our social media, through SMS, and to customers who meet reward levels and more.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
If you use the wrong shipping addy and your order is returned to us - guess who pays for it to be shipped out again? Here's a hint - it's not us! Make sure your info is correct so you're not paying shipping twice ;)

PRIVACY
Your information belongs to you only. We only use it to send out your order or to respond to you if you contact us. No one else will ever get your info.

SECURITY
The site is secure. Ergo, your information is secure. Anything you submit will be done so securely. Hopefully that makes you feel secure. How many times can we use secure in one paragraph? ;)

COOKIES
We use cookies. No, not the delicious kind studded with chocolate chips and other yummy bits. But the computer kind that allows you to use the website more efficiently. Without cookies (now I want a butterscotch oatmeal cookie!), you'd have to login every time you loaded a new page. That would get old.. really fast!
